The fine print

Privacy Policy

My Wooded Wonders is a small, two-person business. We collect only what we need to run the shop, and we never sell or share your information with anyone for their own marketing.

Last updated: October 2026

What we collect

  • When you order: your name, email, and shipping and billing address, so we can fill and ship your order.
  • When you join our newsletter: your email address.
  • When you contact us: your name, email, and whatever you write to us.
  • When you browse: basic visit information, such as pages viewed, how you found us, device type, and approximate location. This comes from our website platform's built-in analytics and helps us understand what visitors enjoy.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Squarespace Payments, powered by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Who else sees your information

Only the services needed to get your order to you:

  • our website and store platform (Squarespace)
  • our professional photo lab, which prints and ships print orders directly to you
  • the postal service or carrier that delivers your package

Our sign-up and contact forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam, and our videos play through Vimeo. Each may collect limited technical information under its own privacy policy.

Our newsletter

We email about once a month, sometimes less. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave anytime.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies that keep your cart and checkout working, plus our platform's built-in analytics. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. If we ever add advertising tools, we'll update this policy first.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we have about you. Just email us. We keep order records only as long as required for taxes and business records.

Children

Our site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here with a new date.
